Excuss Logistics the worst moving company

<div>Would like to share our horrible experience with Excuss Logistics Moving Company. This is what happened we asked them for a quotation stating the size and the distance from where we were staying to where we were moving to. They gave us a quotation. Fine then we accepted the quotation and made a 10% deposit as per their request. Then they later asked for the list of furniture and asking us how many boxes do we think will need saying their required it for drivers accountability. I feel that was unfair on them to ask the client how many boxes do we need. We're not expects obviously the number we would have given them would not have been accurate. Then we sent them the list of everything in our house. Then only they sent someone to come and do an assessment of the furniture. Then they later changed the quotation to double the amount of what they had quoted us already.Then when we told them we're cancelling and we wanted our deposit back they refused.

Please do not make the same mistake of working with this particular company. Very unprofessional and ***********.</div>
