Excuss logistics is soo unprofessional.

I had Faith in this company but they really proved me wrong . They came to pick up my furniture on the 26 of January 2021 in Pretoria . They promised that the furniture will be in Cape Town on the 31st . I got to Cape Town on the 31st and still no furniture. I was the one that had to call them for a follow up .. I had to force feedback form them. Promise is the manager I spoke to . He doesn’t give you a straight answer .after calling everyday they delivered my furniture not all of it .. they omelet brought the boxes ... now I have to wait for the big furniture to be delivered. What makes me agitated is that they didn’t communicate that they bringing half my furniture. Today is the 09 feb and I haven’t received my furniture. I was told that maybe the truck will leave today .. I tried calling promise the manager he told me he will call me he is still busy .. I am still waiting .

1.I had to pay for accommodation. 2.I had to spend my money on calling them . This is really unprofessional.. I paid for a service can the company please uphold their end ..
