Excuss Logistics (EXCUSES LOGISTICS)
I am Thinus and recently moved to East London and made use of Excuss Logistics to move some of my stuff from Pretoria.
I'm disgustedly disappointed.
First of all I spoke to Linda and it was arranged that load will be pick up from adress provided for Sunday the 26th April at 9h00 and I mad arrangements according to that. 9h00 come and no one showed, after 30min of struggling to get hold of Linda or anyone of Excuss Logistics the driver called me at around 9:35 and told me that he is leaving Kya Sands now to pick up load, but I couldnt as we had a farewell lunch at my in inlaws so the driver rescheduled for 3 o clock that Sunday. Once again no one pitched, after me phoning the driver he said that he is home now and will be there Monday the 27th at 7 am.
7h00 came and went past and received a whatsapp at 8h01 and he told me that he is on his way. arriving at 9:15. All good and loaded the truck would have left the Tuseday 28th to East London.
Then the excuses started: Originally promised 2-3 days. Thursday I phoned and a lady at the office send that thr truck is in George on the way to East London but Friday she will give me a update. no update and no answer. Saturday I got hold of a guy by the name of Promise, name says exactly what he does, promise.
He told me that there were a mistake and that my load were not loaded on the that truck but that they are loading another truck that is going to East London on Sunday and I can expect my stuff late on Monday. Monday passed and so did Tuesday. Today is Wednesday the 05/05/2021 and after enquiring a ETA from Promise he rep**** with: "the truck is on his way". I phoned he and he informed me that the truck is on the way to George. I requested that I want a number of the owner of manager and he send I can speak to Paul as I cant be singled out as a customer because there is routes they need to do. I understand that 100% but why promise something you cant keep. QUESS WHAT????? Paul doesn`t answer his phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Meanwhile I needed to replace both my kids school supplies, suitcases, EVERYTHING as it is on the truck.............

After their response on 12 May... Note 7 days later that I would receive it on the 12th May...... You guessed it it did not happen. I received my stuff on the 13th May. All good and well so exited after waiting so long. 95 % of my stuff is damaged. TV cracked, oil stain on my lounge suit, fridge scratched, dishwasher panel scratche and plastic panel broken, I would honestly want to post pictures here for you guys can see what damages is caused.
After a conversation with Mr. PROMISE he assured me that he will attend to it. Now he send me a email to tell me that I must look at their term and conditions as it will form part of the verdict of damages. I don't believe it's fair from EXCUSS to tell me after I received my stuff damaged to tell me I need to check their term and conditions. That were supposed to by send prior to anything loaded.
I'm utterly disipointed with their service and professionalism.
I do not recommend their company at all. It's excuses after excuses and then they bring your stuff damaged.
I will provide anybody with photos if needed of damages, so please don't you this people
