Excuss Logistics Bad Service

This company collected my furniture from East London on 31 Jan 2025, they were supposed to deliver it in Ladysmith KwaZulu, it took them over 3 weeks to deliver, they **** to me with regards to the delivery every day, I was sent from pillar to post until I threatened them with legal action.

When the eventually delivered,some of my belongings were not included and I raised this with them. I'm still missing some items, some are broken and some are lost which I still need from them, they have been rude to me and ignoring messages and calls and I don't know how to get the remainder of my belongings.

I hope no one uses them for anymore, they are not professional
