Excessive delays no apology
We have had the worst delivery experience of a lifetime. Not only did we wait over 5hours for the truck to arrive but we received no updates unless followed up, even then we received false information and dropped calls. It has taken over 3 days and four trucks to move our goods as the company kept sending smaller trucks despite us sending a full inventory list.
