Disgust movers! Never use them!!

After arriving after 2pm instead of 8am, the wrong truck arrived without the pre arranged moving supplies, the movers then preceded to man handle the office furniture, scratch, dent and break the furniture! On delivery they happened to "forget" the TV in the back of their truck until we had to ask for it! Upon asking to claim from their so called insurance, Promise, who has never kept an actual promise, gives you the run around and never replies to emails or communication! Absolutely appalling movers!!
