Bad service

They quote us R15 000 to move our furniture from Cape Town to Krugersdorp in a 8 ton truck. So we received our furniture in a 6 ton truck wich was loaded with half of other peoples stuf and half of our furniture so I contact Ashley who seems to be the owners and she just say sorry so since June 2017 till today we are still waiting for the rest of our stuff she don't answer her phone and don't respond to my e-mails even the guy Promise who works for her took our stuff to a storeroom and don't reply to me so I can go and fetch my stuff he even sent me pictures of my stuff and promise he will deliver it but still nothing the cost now is over R38900.
