Bad delivery service

To whom it concerns, we booked a furniture removal with this company. From start to end it was trouble. They arrived late (no. problem with packers and driver). Agreed time for delivery Friday 11.00. When we contact them on Friday we had to wait till 12:00 for feesback (kept promise and phoned us) only to find out they will only leave on the 26th. Delivery time 27 @ 11:00. They only delivered Sonday @ 18:30. This is 2 days late. We was also quoted on a small truck. They put out furniture with another persons stuff. There is still items not delivered (everything fitted in original truck).
