Bad Bad setvice

We moved from Witbank to Robertson.

Our furniture was loaded on the Friday morning ensuring us it will be in Robertson on the Sunday at about 11h00.

After loading the furniture the quote almot doubled and since everything was loaded we could do nothing about is.

Come Sunday no one answered their phones and we had no answer as to when the furniture ill be delivered. Late Sunday Mr "Full of Promises" eventually called back stating delivery will be Monday...

No delivery on Monday... Excuses was from they are leaving JHB now... truck has broken down... the truck is in Goodwood CT... again truck broke down in Colesberg.... Then truck broke down in Bloem...

Needless to say they only at a huge suprise stopped at our gates at around 19h30 the Thursday... a week later... But after everything we were sceptical that our stuff was even in the truck and asked them to open the truck to see if it was indeed our firniture on which they refused until the remaining 50% was paid.

We paid what else can you do...

Lounge suite was torn!! Tuble drier badly damaged and some boxes missing....

Since June 2019 no reply from anyone at Excuss or Bulls removals.

BAD BAD BAD!!! Rather use someone with a bakkie and trailer chances is better you'll get your stuff on time... not damaged and most probably nothing ******.
