Appalling services Delayed Furniture Delivery

My furniture was collected on 29 September 2026 and was promised for delivery the following day. It has still not been delivered. Since then, I have received conflicting and repeatedly missed delivery dates, with no satisfactory explanation. My calls and messages have also gone unanswered, leaving me concerned about the whereabouts and condition of my belongings.

It is unacceptable that your company pursues customers when payment is due but fails to show the same urgency and accountability in delivering the service paid for.
