<div>Very dissatisfying encounter if you ask me, my furniture was moving from Durban to Johannesburg. Pricing is thumb sucked, he quoted be an X amount, but a certain company by the name of Excuss Logistics showed up to collect the goods, their pricing was XX amount instead of the X amount agreed upon with Paul of Bulls Removals. The XX amount was demanded on the basis of extra bubbles wrap for my appliances, which I have included in the inventory form I filled when asking for quotes.

Upon arriving in Joburg, he wanted to charge me for delivery out of storage to me. Which I refused (again, bad faith), any way my goods were delivered. There guys were so much in a hurry for another client in Mamelodi, such that they did not tick off the goods against the initial carbon copy, as a result they left a box of glassware belonging to someone else. Imagine?! (thankfully I informed them and they came back for it)

My delivery was incomplete with missing valuables such as clothes, vinyl and books. Its been more than a moth, since I have brought this to Paul's attention without any luck. I would strongly not recommend the services of Bulls & Excuss.</div>
