*****sters with illegitimate NCR access
I was contacted on 10:06 on 21 July by a call center identifying as EDS (Exclusive Debt Solutions). They claimed that they represent the NCR and that I had been grossly overcharged on my debt accounts (incorrect). I asked them what the issue is. They asked me for permission to "look into it", upon which I say they should tell me what's wrong. Next thing I get an SMS that I had given them consent to access my credit details/report (I did not). They then listed a vehicle finance account I have and a home loan account. Told me the exact amounts of my principal debt, how much I still owe and what I currently pay back per month. Again, I did NOT give them permissions to access my credit details. They then stated that the NCR caps the interest rate in this country and that these lenders are charging me higher than the allowed percentage. When requesting to speak to a manager to complain about accessing my information without consent, and making legal accusations against two major FSBs, they hung up the phone. I received a similar call today, again the pulled my credit information without permission. I have reported them for: Using my contact information without my consent (POPI) Falsely claiming formal partnership with the NCR Accessing my credit information without consent, and Making false legal accusations against two major FSBs Incident details: Number they used: *** and a missed call from *** just before that. Said they represent EDS (Exclusive Debt Solutions), but it turns out they are NCRDC4308, trading as T.H Exclusive Credit Solutions Credit report pulled 21 July 2026 at 09:50 The man identified himself as Thulani.

NCR please act on this company Exclusive Credit Solutions and stop them
This company just **** and sent an sms saying I gave consent to request my credit report today 09/09/2026 when I told them on the phone call that I don't need their services. They did it without my consent.

firstley they call you and convince you to get out of debt review ,then they add you to a group and dont answer your messages ,so end of the month money gets deducted from your account but you debt review also goes off, when you contact them they say no y
******* that left me in a whole and now say i cant be refunded

firstley they call you and convince you to get out of debt review ,then they add you to a group and dont answer your messages ,so end of the month money gets deducted from your account but you debt review also goes off, when you contact them they say no y

Bad decision debt review!
I had a lot of debt but not in arrears. This company Exclusive Credit solutions contacted me and said they could help me reduce the interest on my repayments by R4000 per month. This sounded fantastic so I carried on with the call. The sales consultant was Mandy. I spoke to someone in finance , she told me the creditors that she had listed for me. I asked her for an email with the list of creditors and the savings I would get each month. I also asked Mandy for the same information. I did sign a debicheck with the bank. I was given a whatsapp number if I had any questions . Mandy assured me she would call be back. What I didn't know was within hours of me signing this document , documents had been filed with NCR I was under debt review. There was no " cooling off period" or even a period just to think about this . I have tried to phone Excludive credit solutions 15 times between 17 July and 3 August. I have 4 different phone numbers for these people! I have had no communication from them. The process wasn't explained properly . Even my debit order on my tracker for my car was nearly stopped! This was the worse decision I have made. Now I have legal fees to mediate this and clear my name. The "savings" i was going to get was in fact my debt being extended!
