Worst service ever

I ordered and paid for the book online on Sunday - 31/05/2020 and I was promised that my book will be delivered at their Clear water mall branch on the 02nd of June 2020. I went there yesterday and my book was not there. I have made a number of calls already today and no one can help me. Can you please assist? Here is my order number: ***
