Worst Service

I have placed and order for the entire Dogman book range for my sons birthday. Order was placed 19 June, my sons birthday came and went and I am still waiting for his books to be delivered.

The customer care nr just rings same as with the head office phone nr. I have sent a mail with my query, also without a reply.

Exclusive Books is the worst service ever!
