Worst online service ever

I ordered ***) The Beginners Bible and NKJV Bible from exclusive books, which should have arrived on the 21th of January 2021 according to their feedback from the order. As of yet, there has been no delivery and in spite of various enquiries via mail and phone with many promises to provide feedback on my order status, I have received no order status whatsoever. I would therefore seriously discourage anyone from ordering online with Exclusive books. You loose money and get nothing in return.
