Worst online service

I bought a book using the online site on the 22nd December , waited 2 weeks for the book until I canceled my order. Now the company doesn't want to refund me my money, they sent me an email asking for my banking account to refund me on 7th of January. Till today I'm still waiting for my refund no one is calling to update me or even sending an email
