Very Late Delivery

I am very disappointed with the service of the online exclusive books store. I wanted book for travel purposes which did not seem available in South Africa. I went to a branch (Morningside) of exclusive books and inquired about availability. They explained that I will be able to order via the online store and that it would be delivered at the most in 15 working days, which would have worked as I have 8 weeks before departure. I decided to stick with exclusive books as opposed to TakeAlot (which was cheaper) in order to support one of my favourite stores. After 3 weeks I phoned to ask why it had not been delivered yet and was told there was a slight delay, however it would arrive in a few days time. It has now been 35 working days and still no delivery. I have been given the same excuse every time I have phoned (once a week from 3 weeks post order), and told each time that it will arrive by the end of the week. I am annoyed at the service and wish they had been upfront with me from the beginning, explaining to me that there would be a delay so that I could have ordered from another supplier.
