Unreliable, Pathetic service

I pre-ordered the new Dan Brown book on the 23/09/2017. the expected delivery date as per their email was the 04/10/2017. I called the call centre on the 05/10/2017 because i still didn't receive my book. i was told i would get it On 10/10/2017. to date i haven't received an email to say my delivery has been delayed. I got a call yesterday to say that i should expect delivery today.I called the call center today and i was told that i have to wait till the 23/10/2017 before i get my book.Whats the point in pre-ordering your books.if you going to get 3 weeks later. Never again will i buy anything from exclusive books. There service is just pathetic. All i want now is to get my Book.
