Unreliable and *****

I ordered a book for my son's birthday. They had stock when I placed the order, but when it came to delivering my book to one of their shops for collection. They never emailed me, but after messaging them they came back to me stating: "On behalf of Exclusive Books, our profuse apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused.

I sent you an email on the 3rd of March informing you that our suppliers have informed us that there is no stock of this title and that we cannot supply your order at this time.

It seems I had forwarded it to the incorrect email and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience."

I would please like to know how you can sell a book to someone and then not have their book available for them that they paid for.

Such unprofessional service.
