Unreasonable Exclusive Books

Exclusive Books really does care about its customers. A brand new book, which is presented in store cannot be exchanged after 45 days, even if the customer has a slip.

That is really unreasonable- if the book is still in stock (which it was) why on earth does it matter if it more than 45 days?

Time to get reasonable Exclusive Books.
