Unkept Promises

<p>I ordered three books online on the 04/01/2017. The books were meant to be with me by the 31/01/2017. About four days before that I received an e-mail that I can go collect my books at the store I had chosen. Only to get there and get only two. This was not a problem seeing as there was still a couple of days until the promised delivery date. It is now the 12/02/2017 and I have called into the call centre 3 times to find out what is happeneing with the remaining book. On all three occasions I was told I wold receive n e-mail confirming when the book would be with me o0r what the progress was. Three times this has not been done. It is utterly unacceptable that theye do not even bother to communicate with their customers. I am fuming and am going to take further steps to getting this escalated.</p>
