Unable to access ebook

I ordered an ebook through Exclusie Books online shop. I received an email with the download options. The email is very badly structured as the first thing it says is download your ebook here, which I then did, then I had to download Adobe Digital Editions which I was unable to do(which you should do before downloading the ebook apparently-still not sure). Eventually I managed to download an Adobe Digital Editions, but I am still unable to read my ebook. Their email is very confusing and it seems that you can only download the ebook once and only after that do you see you should have downloaded other supporting apps first. I am very upset, because I paid for this book and everything I did has not helped. I have emailed them twice and have had no feedback as to what else I can do to read my ebook. I am also not allowed to download it again to my iPhone which might work better. In my opinion they are ******** people, because I have seen other similar complaints. They take money for products that cannot be utilized.
