Time from her Lunch Break!

I called in yesterday requesting a 'travel scrabble' game. Unfortunately the store was out of stock but lovely Lauren happily said she'd find out if another branch had and would call me back. She called back an hour or so later... apart from checking other branches, she had called CNA, Clicks and had taken time in her lunch break to go across to the toy store and check if they might have. <br> <br> I am blown away by the gesture and how much extra time (from her lunch break) she put in to help me, even though Exclusive books was out of stock. It is so hard to find good customer service in Cape Town, where people genuinely care if you find what your looking for and I find people generally pass the buck or just say 'no' without even looking. Lauren went out of her way and has left me with amazing thoughts of Exclusive books, their staff and a smile on my face!<br> <br> Thank you Lauren... I am yet to find a Travel Scrabble, but you really made my day :)<br> <br> Give that girl a Bells!
