Thank You, Mark and Colleague

About two days ago, I bought some gifts to post to someone. Mark and his colleague, whose name I do not know, unfortunately, were super helpful and unbelievably kind. They went out of their way to fetch a box for me, they packed the gifts in the box for me, they wrapped it securely and spend a lot of time with me while somehow attending to other customers as well so that everything was done in an unbelievably efficient and friendly manner. I was really not feeling well either on the day and their assistance could not have come at a better time. Nothing was too much for them. I did not need to ask for things; they kept offering more and more assistance. I wrote to the person for whom the gifts are destined and told them too how unbelievably nice Mark and his colleague were. I am so grateful. Thank you so much.
