Textbooks for Grade 6 still not delivered -Order Number #***

Horrible service indeed. I bought books online (Order Number #***) for delivery for my son in grade6 on the 7th January 2023 and the expected delivery date was 19th January 2023. It has still not been delivered, after almost daily attempts to make contact with EB via their online customer service and they keep saying they will get back to me, their contact center is terrible, you hold for ever with no response. I have got so may warning from school as my son does not have books and therefore unable to be on the same level with other kids, it is really frustrating that their adverti*****t was false in terms of the delivery date and also they do not borther to keep the customer upto date with what is happening.
