Terrible service

Terrible service. I bought books online for delivery at my elderly mother's address - as a special gift and ordered well in advance of the date. The delivery date was set for 24 January. It has still not been delivered, after almost daily attempts to make contact with EB via their online customer service and chatbots. I have not received a single response from them, except aitomated ticket numbers assuring me I will be contacted within 24 hours. What a disappointing experience.
