Terrible service

I am really so disappointed in the service from Exclusive books. I purchased books on the 24th April, with an estimated delivery date of the 7th May. It's now the 11th, I just called the toll free number now and got through to a receptionist who advised that of the 5 books purchased, 2 are outstanding. So if I didn't call, I would've received no notification regarding the delivery of my books. I really wont purchase anything more from Exclusive books after this terrible service. Order Number #***
