Terrible service

Worst online service ever. I placed an order on the 5th of July and still have not received my order by the end of the month, a week after estimated delivery. No reply when you email them. They don't answer the phone and give any feedback as to why your order was delayed. Will definitely not order from Exclusive books ever again.
