TERRIBLE customer service

Placed an order on the online store on 7 December 2022 with the delivery date noted as 22 December 2022. On 29 December my order still hadn't been delivered so I tried to call. 7 calls, couldn't get through. Sent an email, no response. Tried phoning again on the 30th multiple times and eventually got through. Miraculously, I got a notification from the courier later that day. Parcel was delivered 5 days later. When I opened it, half of my order was missing. Again, phoned and emailed with no response. Eventually got hold of someone and was told that their international supplier didn't have stock. It would take a week. That week has come and gone. As of 17 January 2023, I am still waiting for the rest of my order with absolutely no indication of where it is in the process because no one from online orders department answers the phone or replies to emails. This is what makes people order straight from international suppliers instead of supporting local business.
