Terrible Customer Service

Phoned the melrose arch branch to reserve a book for me. The lady assured me the store would be open at 7 for me to collect the book. I drove 40km to melrose arch to get a specific book the branch had in stock and arrived at 6 and the store was closed. Absolute waste of time and petrol.
