Terrible and unprofessional

Exclusive books seems to have bogus contact details No one responds to emails, no one at the call center answers the phone. Their website has also been developed without due consideration for what they advertise. I have tried contacting them numerous times to link an existing fanatics card to my online profile, for which they have made no provision. All links related to fanatics defer to creating a new account for fanatics. The links also malfunction and defer to error.
