Stay away from this book store

Horrible online service!! You purchase online for an item in stock it never gets delivered. They don’t email, text or call they leave a message for you to see on your online profile which you wouldn’t have open 24/7 they also allow you to go past delivery date and only flag no delivery issues once you flag your issue with them. They do not refund within 48-72hrs nor do they ask for details to refund to. They try giving you gift vouchers. Their chat states replying in a few minutes but hours later and no answer. You call they customer service number and they drop the calls on you after waiting extremely long to chat to someone to assist (and it was the same lady twice would not give her name either) With such horrible service I wouldn’t want anything to do with them at all.
