So hurt that as a student, spending my last cent on someone's gift has now disappeared

Where is my package??? Why is there's no communication from Exclusive Books side, knowing you already have my money?? This is quite disgusting, and im sorely regret having purchased from your store. I thought it was reputable, yet im met with no response or basic decency as a customer, who has ALREADY paid for your products.

This is disheartening, as this is a gift for someone special and you guys are ruining it with incompetence, lack of urgency and poor customer care.

Very disappointed.
