Shocking service

Ordered books on line,and paid by credit card to Exclusive Books Bryanston R700, for which I have proof.These books were to be delivered to Exclusive Books Gateway Umhlanga Rocks. I never received a confirmation order,and the books have not been received in Umhlanga.On phoning I was told they will look into this,but have not had any response.Hope you are able to help me.regards louis joffe.
