Shocking online offering - nearly 2 months waiting

On 25 March I placed an online order for 3 Frozen books that were not yet available in store and that I wanted in time for my daughters birthday (needed by 23 April) Delivery was promised 3 and 14 April. I followed up 15/04 and was informed17/04 there was an issue with one of the books. I asked for the other two to be sent. I was advised on 21/04 that items were dispatched. I called morning of 22/04 and was told the order was on the road. <br> <br> On 28/04 I was again told the order was en route (and was addressed by the wrong name!!). Courier called me and I told them to deliver next day between 11 and 1. I AM STILL WAITING. I followed up 05/05 and 06/05 was told that the courier company had been trying to contact me (no message no missed calls) and that I hold told them to deliver that day between 11 and 1 (um I told them to deliver 29/04!!!!)<br> <br> I rep**** to confirm my contact details and address and confirmed that I had only spoken to the courier company on 28/04.<br> <br> and I am still waiting. So the question is - where have my books been between 21 April and 12 May - 15 WORKING DAYS - and one phone call in total from the courier company. <br>
