Service over and above the call of duty

A huge shout out and thank you , to the two gentlemen on duty early Saturday morning ( 21 May 2022) , unfortunately I was in too much of a fluster to remember their names .

I wanted to purchase a couple of books for my children on Saturday, however I had a problem with my cards / Banking ( I was unable to complete any transactions or draw any money of any sort - how embarrassing ) - they where so patient with me and tried every possible solution to assist me - little did we know that the whole of Standard bank was offline. In my fluster I left my ID card behind - one of the staff members found it and Nicholas Sihlangu went out of his way , taking a chance to contact me via a social media platform. All I can say is thank you to all the staff on duty that day - Exclusive books is lucky to have you as employees.
