Rude Staff!!!

Your people honestly suck! Just spoke to an extremely rude and unhelpful Charmaine at the Centurion Mall store. She had her friend visiting her behind the counter...Tells me she's s busy! Had the nerve to tell me her manager would laugh at my complaint. Wow!
