Ridiculous service

I ordered a book on 14 Feb which was meant to be delivered within 7 days - now almost a month later and Exclusive Books cannot even confirm a NEW delivery date for me. Wish they would take ownership and physically pick the book up from their store and deliver it to the person it's for! I would have done this myself if I lived in the same city as the person that I ordered it for.<br> <br> I emailed them twice - no response. Called the call centre twice and I've been promised with feedback on delivery date - no response. Their service is the pits!
