Ridiculous and pathetic turnaround time!!!

I ordered a book in December 2018, I forgot the date exactly but it was between the 10 and 15 of December 2018 on Exclusive Books website and processed to pay (Order Number ********** 677). My delivery date stated that I will receive my book by the 18th of January 2019. January has come to an end now and still I have not received my parcel. To top it all off they offered free delivery but I had to pay for delivery. I didn’t mind because I needed that book. I’ve never experienced such pathetic turnaround time. They might as well close their online store because clearly it’s not functioning as it’s supposed to. All that I want is a refund and they can keep their book. It was my first time ordering online with them and it’s definitely the last time. Will stick to other online stores which really keep their promises and actually deliver on the agreed date. Bring my money bac****!!
