Refund long overdue

I bought two books (Dominoes by Somizi and A to B by Bonang) from Exclusive Books on line in August 2017, one (ie Domineos) was delivered and one was not as it was being recalled from the shelfs. I started asking for my refund since August until I gave uo in November because I realised that nobody was willing to assist and I felt that I was spending lot of money making phone calls but not getting my refund.
