Pre-order Problems

<p>Months ago I preordered my Harry potter cursed child book and they informed me it would be at the waterfront store on the 31st but this was not the case when i arrived ready to reciev my book. The store manager told me i would not get my book until a few days later even though i have pre ordered it. If i wanted a book that day i would have to pay for another book. Im so angry that i went through the hassle of preordering the book and all for nothing. Thanks for nothing. biggest waste of my time with shocking cutsomer service since nothing was communicated to me about this issue.</p>
