Poor service...no customer care.

Waiting weeks for my online delivery. This is pathetic service and I certainly will not purchase via them again. If you as a business want to compete in a fast pace ecommerce industry then you have to get this right by sticking to good service levels,keep your delivery promises and most importantly communicate! No email replies, no working telephone lines, in-store staff simply shrug and refer you back to the the none working telephone line. These books we ordered are for my daughter's research studies. I am most disappointed and have lost faith in this brand. Weeks later. Weeks!
