Poor service delivery from Exclusive Books

I placed two orders via the Exclusive Books website both of the items I ordered displayed availability within 5-7 working days. I checked the website regularly and called the shop at Mall of the South where I had my orders sent for me to collect, the lady I spoke to was rather unhelpful and abrupt in her response. I subsequently send three emails to the "***" on different occasions but to date I have had No response from Exclusive books whatsoever.
