Poor Customer Service

I ordered 2 books online on the 8th Jan 2024 and specifically chose the books with 4 day delivery. I opted for delivery to a store for collection. My order gave the expected delivery date as the 12 Jan. Still no communication from them. I have tried phoning the Customer Service number given on their website. The number is never answered. I got other numbers (5 of them) from the store where I sent my order - not one of these numbers were answered. I just want to find out when they expect delivery to be made - I have book club on the 20th and need the books before then. Customer Service sucks!
