POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to Cresta mall today to buy new books at Exclusive Books. The service was so disappointing even my 7 year old was surprised, why he couldn't get his book the Diary of a Wimpy Kid. The shop assistant just stated he is busy as I asked him a question. The shop was not busy and we simply left. Went to CNA and luckily they had the books we wanted and they were even cheaper.
