Poor after sales service!

Purchases are easy to make via the online store, but any form of support for feedback on deliveries or queries related to your order, they are absolutely **********.

Trying to get hold of someone via the customer support number requires lots and lots of patience takes ages with limited success. Calling the support number was pretty much useless (on hold in excess of 10min with no answer - line gets disconnected eventually). Eventually managed to get hold of someone after at least 5 -6 attempts.

Online chat never actually worked (I tried on a few occasions) . So in short the dismal customer care will prevent me from making any future purchases with them.
