Pay R355 to get a different story everytime!!!
I placed an order on April 26, 2015 (order no. ***), paid with my credit card & received confirmation of both my order and payment the same day. According to the [URL Removed] website the book I ordered should be delivered to my door in 10-15 days.<br> <br> I received an email from Exclusives on May 19, 2015 informing me that they are \experiencing a huge delay with the overseas supplier at this time and we have all senior supervisors and managers in constant contact with our overseas suppliers."They apologized for the delay.<br> <br> I didn't chase them again until June 16"

Our sincere apologies for the confusion. The call centre agent who assisted you on 19 June is a trainee who made an error in stating that the book was being brought in by a local supplier. It is definitely still being sourced with the overseas supplier as originally stated. The website manager has been notified and the agent will receive extra training.
We are doing everything in our power to have your order delivered as soon as possible and again apologise for the terrible delay.
