Pathetic service woodlands boulevard branch

<p>I ordered a book at exclusive books woodlands Pretoria on the 07/12/2016. Had to pay a deposit of R400 and was informed the book will arrive in 6 weeks time. I have been to the store 3 times to check if the book has arrived, each time staff inform me the order is on back log. They will contact me with further information, that was never done, it's now 12/04/2017 I still have no book no feedback no refund. 4months later.</p>
