Pathetic service from online system

I placed an online order on 17 December 2023 and the never received an email confirmation of my order although the money went off my account. Delivery was expected at the Cresta store on 30 December. I have followed up with the store and they are unable to help me. I have been given different numbers to call as the store doesn’t deal with online order queries, and I have not been able to get in contact with a single of the numbers. It just rings or the number is unavailable. I have logged a query on the website and revived a ticket number but to date there has been no response.

Please do not use the online purchasing system.
