PATHETIC SERVICE FROM EXCLUSIVE BOOKS ONLINE

NEVER order a book online through Exclusive Books!! I have emailed 4 requests and have yet to receive a reply. I have made 3 telephone calls and have empty promises of coming back to me with an answer. Still waiting for ANY feedback. I wish I had read all the review on Hello Peter before ordering a book through Exclusive Books online. There are so many reviews for absolutely pathetic service!! Do yourself a favour and don't put yourself through this torture!!!
